PayGrouper helps customers check a PayGrouper price for eligible product orders and supported bills. You pay your PayGrouper total, and after the order is reviewed for accuracy, Grouper covers the remaining eligible balance.
How does PayGrouper work?
Start by dropping a product link or entering bill details. Grouper calculates your PayGrouper total, you checkout securely through Square, and PayGrouper reviews the request for accuracy. For eligible bills and orders, Grouper covers the remaining balance after review.
Is my order guaranteed?
No. Requests are reviewed before processing. If PayGrouper cannot process an order or bill request, we’ll update you and refund when appropriate.
Product Orders
What products can I order?
Eligible product orders are reviewed by PayGrouper before processing. Some items, subscriptions, marketplace or third-party seller listings, restricted products, perishables, and high-risk variable products may not be eligible.
What is the product order price limit?
Product orders are limited to eligible items with an original retail price up to $300.
How does PayGrouper show my total?
PayGrouper shows your total before checkout. Grouper reviews eligible product orders and shows what PayGrouper will cover before you move forward.
What happens if the product price changes?
If a price changes before processing, PayGrouper will review the order. If we cannot complete the order, we’ll update you and refund when appropriate.
Bill Pay
How does Bill Pay work?
Enter your bill company, amount, bill pay link, account details, and due date. Grouper shows your PayGrouper total before checkout. For eligible bills, you pay your PayGrouper price and Grouper covers the remaining eligible balance after review for accuracy.
What bill details are required?
Bill Pay requests usually require bill company, bill amount, bill pay link, account number, account phone number, account email if needed, and due date.
Is Bill Pay final?
Yes. Bill Pay requests are final once processed. If PayGrouper cannot process a request, we’ll update you.
How long does Bill Pay take?
Most requests are expected to be reviewed within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on biller access, information accuracy, and review needs.
What if my submitted bill or order is not eligible?
If your submitted bill or order is not eligible or cannot be processed, PayGrouper will notify you and issue a refund. Please allow up to 24 hours for review and processing.
Membership
How much is PayGrouper access?
PayGrouper access is $40/month and includes eligible product orders and Bill Pay.
Do I need a membership for my first order?
Your first PayGrouper use may be available as a trial experience. After that, membership or eligible free-month access is required to keep using PayGrouper.
Can I cancel membership?
Yes. Members should be able to manage or cancel membership from the Member Dashboard.
What happens when membership expires?
When membership expires, access to new PayGrouper requests may pause until membership is renewed or another eligible access method is available.
Sharing Rewards
How do sharing rewards work?
After your first PayGrouper result, share it by text to unlock a one-time free month during launch. After that, you can earn cash invite rewards when friends complete eligible paid orders through your link.
Is the free month guaranteed?
No. Rewards are reviewed for eligibility and may be denied or adjusted for refunds, duplicate accounts, abuse, or other ineligible activity.
Can I earn multiple free months from invites?
No. During launch, the text-share free-month unlock is limited to one free month per account. After that, invite rewards can pay $10 per eligible friend order up to the current admin cap.
What does my share card show?
Share cards are privacy-safe. They can show safe savings details, but they do not show your phone number, address, account details, payment info, or private bill details.
Payments & Square
Is checkout secure?
Yes. PayGrouper checkout is processed securely through Square.
Does PayGrouper store my card number?
No. Card payment processing is handled by Square. PayGrouper does not show or store full card numbers.
Why did my payment fail?
Payment failures can happen because of card issues, bank declines, Square errors, expired checkout sessions, or incomplete information. Try again or contact support.
Refunds & Cancellations
When can I get a refund?
If PayGrouper cannot process your request before it is completed, we may refund when appropriate. After a product order is placed with a retailer or a bill is paid, refunds may be limited by the retailer, biller, or processing status.
Can I cancel after checkout?
Contact support as soon as possible. If the request has not been processed yet, PayGrouper may be able to cancel or refund. Once processing is complete, cancellation may not be possible.
What if an item is restricted or ineligible?
PayGrouper may reject, cancel, or refund requests that include restricted, unsupported, or ineligible items.
Account & Login
How do I log in?
Use the PayGrouper Member Login page and verify your phone number with a one-time code.
Why does PayGrouper use phone login?
Phone verification helps keep member access, order history, creator tracking, and reward eligibility tied to the correct account.
Can one phone number have multiple accounts?
No. A phone number is used as the main customer identity and should only be tied to one PayGrouper account.
Creators
How do creators earn?
Approved creators receive a tracking link and can earn from qualified paid orders attributed to that link, based on PayGrouper’s creator payout rules.
What can creators see?
Creators only see privacy-safe performance and payout information. They do not see customer phone numbers, emails, addresses, bill details, payment information, or sensitive order details.
How do creators apply?
Creators can submit a creator application and, if approved, log in with phone verification to access their Creator Dashboard.
