- Bill details are reviewed before fulfillment.
Not supported or restricted
PayGrouper does not support every product, seller, or bill. Restricted or high-risk items may be rejected during review.
- Subscriptions, marketplace or third-party seller items, and variable listings may require extra review or may be declined.
- Illegal/restricted items, adult products, tobacco/vape products, weapons other than normal kitchen knives, perishables, and other unsafe or restricted categories are not supported.
- If a product or bill cannot be completed after review, PayGrouper will contact the customer or refund where appropriate.
Eligibility is reviewed before processing. The customer-entered price or bill amount must be accurate and current.
