What PayGrouper is

PayGrouper provides free account access to help customers review a PayGrouper price for eligible household bills and online shopping orders. PayGrouper is not a loan and does not require a credit check.

How orders work

Privacy and uploaded bills

Bill uploads are used to help extract bill details. The active upload protections and temporary-file handling remain unchanged. Customers should review detected fields before continuing and should never upload provider passwords or unrelated sensitive documents.

Payments and refunds

Payment information is collected through the active checkout integration. If an eligible submitted order cannot be completed, refunds are handled under the current Refund Policy.

Unsupported orders

Not every provider, product or order can be completed. Credit card bills and Spectrum remain unsupported. Other orders may be declined when they do not meet the existing eligibility, accuracy, payment or processing requirements.
